Stopping is essential otherwise, if you ignore it… you’ll snap, crackle and then POP!!!??♀️?
Stopping isn’t permanent. It’s also not to have a pity party although, you may start there on occasion ?.
It’s just stepping out of what is for a time and looking at it from a place of non reactive energy!
What can you see, change, put in place, move towards?
What is it you want to be happening that’s not and what can be done?
Listening to your self!
What do I need right now that’s NOT happening, in place or that I’m not making space for?

Making the decision to take the necessary action and then

GET BACK TO BUSINESS!
A simple technique yet it is hard for most to surrender and allow it!
Like there is some guilt or shame around taking time for YOU!
But as the best of the best know, understand and practice…
It starts and ends with YOU!
YOU at 100% is UNSTOPPABLE!
YOU at 20% is well… breakable
Most people will put up a good fight… work till they simply can’t anymore.
But… few will understand it DOESN’T HAVE TO BE LIKE THIS TO SUCCEED!!!
